Nagano-shi is a famous summer retreat. The last Winter Olympics was held in Nagano-shi in the 20th century. Green is an abundant place. Our store is in its Nagano-shi.
We keep making the traditional dish transmitted to this place from the old days "OYAKI." in a major.
"Baking" is the dish which wrapped boiled vegetables in season in soy sauce of soybeans (PAO) and is a living on vegetables dish similar to"sushi" of a Chinese vegetarian food.
Our feature is to wrap and make vegetables made in Japan at the birthplace where flour and Chinese yam were trained and made. Of the topping material below is wrapping, you're showing the way.
◆"Nozawana" The nozawana which is Japanese three big rape and 5 kinds of vegetables are boiled and made by 300 liters of cauldron.
◆”Mashroom" Increase is boiled by 300 liters of cauldron, and soy sauce is made mushroom-mistake mushroom, eringi mushroom and carrot.
◆ "Eggplant" Baking of eggplant is liked and eaten in particular at eggplant-Nagano-shi.
◆"Pumpkin" Crushing and smoking a chestnut pumpkin Hokkaido create and tossed in miso.
* The flavor ingredient made chemical of monosodium glutamate (MSG) and protein hydrolysate (Hydrolyzed protein), etc. isn't being used at all at this place. Soy sauce is making the soy sauce and the fermented soybean paste with a domestic raw material, and is alcohol nonuse in particular.
